I think you will be in great shape using the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140 and the aluminum wheel # LH45FR on your tow dolly. We have two options for the magnets you may need. We have the part # LC301694 and # LC369299 with the difference being if the circuit needs to be open or closed. The # LC301694 is an open circuit that completes the circuit when the door is closed which tells the step's brain that it's time to retract the steps and the # LC369299 is a complete circuit that when opened tells the steps to retract.

I would love to help but I don't have any diagrams of your motorhome if that's what you're thinking. If the lights aren't working right, you need to check and trace wires, no two ways around it. In short, use a circuit tester and check for power at the trailer pin. If there's no power on said pin, find what wire controls it and start tracing it back until you find the break.
